Determination, Dedication, Motivation

This afternoon as I set out for my run there was some doubt in my mind.
Would I be able to run as far as I wanted to?
Will I be prepared for my half marathon in time?

The sun was beating down on me and the temperature read 89 degrees. It was humid as all get out, too.
For some reason, a song by Kanye West kept playing in my head, where he says the words "Determination, Dedication, Motivation"
and it helped me to continue running.
Something else I kept telling myself was what my old spinning instructor used to tell us:
"Tell yourself you can...Your body will follow your mind"

I found that continually telling myself "you can do this" and "you are almost there" helped me to continue running in the heat and humidity, and thinking thoughts such as "I'm never going to make it"
and "it's too hot for this" made me slow down or want to stop.

So many times in life we fail before we even begin because we tell ourselves from the start that we can't do it. I think our body really does follow our mind.

Next time you feel like you can't do something,
try telling yourself you can,
and remember, as a wise teacher once taught me:
Your body will follow your mind.

The other day, while I was at work, my sister
stole my iphone and tested to see if it can
survive a 40 foot drop, just so she can be a youtube sensation.
My apple ipad is now destroyed and she has 83 views.
I know this is totally off topic but I had to
share it with someone!

I'm new to developing web sites and I was wondering if having your site title relevant to your articles and other content really that crucial? I see your title, "Blogger: The Big Personality of a Little Vegan " does appear to be spot on with what your blog is about but yet, I prefer to keep my title less content descriptive and based more around site branding. Would you think this is a good idea or bad idea? Any kind of assistance would be greatly valued.

When I initially commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get four e-mails
with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove people from that service?
Many thanks!

With havin so much written content do you ever run into any problems of plagorism or copyright violation?
My blog has a lot of exclusive content I've either authored myself or outsourced but it looks like a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my authorization. Do you know any techniques to help protect against content from being stolen? I'd really appreciate it.
