Juice Fast Day 3

Juice fast day 3: Carrots

Today has been rough.
I'm cranky and want to eat.
I've slept,
worked out at the gym,
went on a long walk,
spent time with dogs,
and relaxed.
Nothing takes away this cranky mood.
I've juiced carrots, juiced more carrots,
and then juiced some more carrots.
I'm still cranky and want to eat food.
All I can think about is all the food I am going to eat when I am done juicing.

If I'm still doing this juice fast by tomorrow, I'll post about day 4.

i get cranky too when i'm not eating what i want. hang in there!=)

Hey Michele,
Fasting is challenging on so many levels and its great that you gave your body even one day of digestive rest let alone three! When I've fasted in the past, I find its best not to exercise beyond walks because even though I feel like I have tons of energy, I end up craving real food after a work out. Hot baths, journaling and walks in nature help. It's great that you are listening to your body and honoring where you are. Hope you have a great 4th day however it goes and tell Boyfriend to give you a massage ;)

Hey! What about "The Boyfriend"? Is he still alive? If so, he's smart enough to stay low-key and outta sight.

Hang in there... Maybe it's simply climbing the steep mountain today and you'll coast downhill tomorrow?

LoL - he gave up the juice fast after the first day. He was much happier eating :)
